Whether individually or in a rack, the manageable KTI series KGC-310M offers flexibility when converting from copper to fiber optics. The converters support data transfer speeds of 10/100/1000Base-T on the copper port and 100/1000Mbps on the fiber optic port. With this series, KTI also offers the option of bidirectional transmission of fiber optic signals. Two-way communication on a single fiber optic cable allows you to easily expand your network capacity—without additional infrastructure.
VLAN, LFPT, Jumbo Frame: easy configuration via web or SNMP management
With its configuration options, the manageable converter adapts perfectly to your needs. The KGC-310M can be used individually or as a unit with up to 16 devices per rack chassis. KTI offers suitable converter racks for this purpose: KC-1300 series, KCR-4MC series. Device management and power supply can be centralized. Depending on the model, it is also possible to set up a redundant power supply.
The KTI series is suitable, for example, for integrating remote company buildings via fiber optic connections. The devices are also used in the field of renewable energies, for example when individual solar fields are brought together and controlled at a central point.
