OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturing and refers to products that are developed entirely by one company and then licensed to a manufacturer for production. As the customer, you design and develop the device, which is then licensed to KTI for production. As a result, your device benefits from a higher level of product differentiation, as its design is only accessible to you and KTI as the licensed manufacturer.
Many other branded electronics and appliances are OEM products. The main advantage of OEM is that you, as the customer and designer, retain full creative control.
While ODM products are limited to a predetermined design, OEM products can be manufactured to any specifications. There are no limits to your ideas—KTI will take care of the implementation. So, talk to us about your ideas!

ODM, or Original Design Manufacturing, is also known as “private labeling.” As a customer, you select an existing product design from the manufacturer's catalog, make a few minor changes, and sell it under your own brand name. Changes may include things such as packaging or product bundles, colors and branding, and some limited customization of components or functionality.
The advantage of ODM is that you, as a customer, do not have to invest in research and development to develop a new product from scratch. Why reinvent the wheel when you can simply improve an existing product? And since the costs of product development are eliminated or significantly reduced, you can focus more on marketing strategies and sales.
